  2. Empieza a poner todo en la olla. Un chorrito de aceite de oliva, Lentejas, verduras y caldo y un poco de sal. Ponemos a fuego alto y cuando empiece a hervir lo bajamos a fuego medio y tapamos durante 35 minutos.
  3. Pasado este tiempo comprobamos que las lentejas estén tiernas, bajamos un poco el fuego y sacamos todas las verduras al vaso de la batidora.
  4. Retira la piel del ajo y del tomate ANTES de triturarlo.
  5. Tritura bien y a las lentejas. Si les quieres poner chorizo yo le añado las rodajas sin piel en este momento. Se pueden poner antes pero a mi me gusta que queden suaves de sabor.
  6. Dale un último hervor sin tapar la olla, corrige de sal ahora.
  7. SERVIR!! A disfrutar!!
