  14. Zumo de 2 limones (yo he puesto solo uno porque era muy grande)

  1. Cortar y picar la cebolla y sofreír en aceite en una olla. Mientras, picar el ajo, el jengibre y si tenéis cúrcuma fresca también. Freír todo junto cuando l cebolla haya pochado un poco.
  2. Cuando haya pochado y coloreado por la cúrcuma, añadir el tomate. Dejar cocer algunos minutos.
  3. Luego añadir las especias restantes, pastilla de caldo y el garam Malasa (cuidado, según gusto de paladares que toleran o no el picante). Como no tenía granos de mostaza puse de bote de Dijon (la que pica).
  4. Después de unos pocos minutos (cuando la pastilla y el garam malasa esté disuelto) añadir las lentejas. Luego las espinacas troceadas congeladas (si no están congeladas se reservan al final con el zumo de limón). Añadimos agua. Dejar cocer unos 10 minutos. Empezamos a preparar en otra olla el arroz bastami para acompañar.
  5. Añadir la leche de coco y dejar cocer otros 10-15 minutos más. Ajustar la sal.
  6. Al final de la cocción añadir el zumo de limón (y si tenéis espinacas frescas) dejar cocer los últimos minutos de cocción.
  7. Servir caliente. Bon profit.
