Yo utilizo 1 kg porque cojo el vaso que voy a utilizar para hacer las lentejas y el resto lo congelo. pasadas las 24 horas escurrimos las lentejas cogemos lo que necesitamos para hacer esta receta y el resto se congela en bolsitas para las próximas veces. para medir el vaso de lentejas lo tenéis que hacer cuando la lenteja ya esté pre hidratada ya que aumenta su volumen.
  2. Ponemos en el vaso la cebolla, el pimiento sin semillas y el tomate pelado previamente y quitado las pepitas, junto con el pimentón dulce y el perejil y 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen, le damos opción rehogar 10 minutos.
  3. Seguidamente le damos 30 segundos velocidad 6, echamos los restos hacia abajo, añadimos el agua junto con la zanahoria pelada y cortada en rodajas, le damos 20 minutos, marcha atrás velocidad 1, incorporamos la lenteja, espinacas y el calabacín cortado en trocitos pelado, también echamos la cúrcuma y sal al gusto, le damos 20 minutos marcha atrás velocidad 1, probamos y rectificamos de sal si es necesario.
