Hoy os traigo una receta de lentejas caseras. Ha sido un poco experimental para mi, pues siempre me ha sido muy difícil encontrar el punto de cocción a la vez que encontrar una combinación de ingredientes que en mi casa guste. - Nos preparamos los ingredientes (a mi me gusta tenerlo todo pelado y cortado antes de empezar a cocinar, y todo a la vista para que no se me olvide nada): ajos pelados y a láminas, zanahorias peladas y en rodajas, patatas peladas y en tacos, pechugas de pollo en tiras y taquitos, la cebolla y el pimiento limpio.
- En mi caso yo la cebolla y el pimiento verde lo trituro todos juntos hasta casi licuarlo para que no se encuentren trocitos luego por ahí. En otros casos con picarlos finitos es suficiente.
- En una olla pongo AOVE, echo los ajos y comienzo a sofreírlos. Cuando empiecen a dorarse, añado la cebolla, el pimiento, las hojas de lauel y el tomate. Lo dejo sofreír durante 5-7 minutos.
- Añade la pechuga de pollo, la ternera, el jamón y el pimentón. Sofreímos 5 minutos más. No olvidéis de ir removiendo.
- Añadimos las patas y la zanahoria. Dejamos todo junto 2-3 minutos y añadimos el agua. Después echamos el azafrán y/o colorante alimentario. Corregimos de sal.
- Cuando empiece a hervir, contamos diez minutos y luego echamos las lentejas. Yo uso las de cocción rápida porque soy incapaz de acordarme de poner las normales en remojo la noche anterior😅.
- Dejamos cocer 30-35 minutos y listo! A comer!
