  4. Por ultimos cuando las lentejas ya estan cocidas picamos el diente de ajo y lo poneoms a rehogar con el aceite de oliva, cuando el ajo está dorado añadomos el pimentón y se lo añadimos a las lentejas y dejamos cocer 5 minutos mas para que se integre todo.
  5. Si vieramos que las lentejas tienen mucho caldo al hacer el refrito puedes añadir una cucharada de harina junto con el pimentón.
