  8. Lavamos las judías cocidas (eran de lata), las añadimos a la olla y dejamos cocer 5-10 minutos más.
  9. Probamos el guiso, rectificamos el punto de sal.
  10. Pelamos y cortamos longitudinalmente el huevo cocido por la mitad.
  11. Servimos caliente y colocamos medio huevo cocido en cada plato.
