  6. En olla rápida en aprox. 3/4 de hora estará listo.
  7. Cuando las legumbres esten cocidas sacamos la calabaza y las acelgas,los trituramos y después lo volvemos a poner a la olla (esto sirve para espesar el caldo y que los niños no se quejen de ver verde).
  8. Finalmente añadimos el arroz y dejamos cocer unos 15' hasta que el arroz esté en su punto.
