  3. Apagar el fuego y dejar reposar unos 30 minutos. Pelar las manzanas y cortarlas en cubitos. Llevar nuevamente a hervor y agregar las manzanas. Cuando estén apenas blandas, apagar el fuego y agregar la crema o nata. Dejar reposar unos minutos y servir. Acompañar con el mismo vino tinto de la cocción.
