- PARA UNA FUENTE RECTANGULAR DE UNOS 20 cm:
- PARA EL RELLENO:
- 250 gr aprox Lentejas cocidas
- 2 cebollas
- 1/2 morrón
- Ajo picado y ajo en polvo (amo el ajo) 😜
- Pulpa o extracto de tomate (muy poquito)
- Perejil
- Sal
- PARA EL PURÉ:
- 6 Papines o equivalente en papas
- 5 Boniatos medianos
- Sal
- Jengibre en polvo
- Aceite (un chorrito)
- Levadura nutricional (a gusto)

- Esta vez no tengo fotos del paso a paso, pero hacer un pastel es muy fácil. Pelamos y cortamos las papas en dados pequeños y las ponemos a cocer en agua hirviendo unos 10 min. Luego agregamos los boniatos también en daditos. Una vez cocido, colar y reservar.
- Para el relleno picamos la cebolla (yo la corté en pluma) y el morrón (en tiritas) y el diente de ajo. Salteamos unos minutos hasta que las verduras se ablanden.
- Incorporar a la olla las lentejas cocidas, agregar un poquito de pulpa de tomate, condimentar y salpimentar. Una vez pronto, reservar.
- Triturar las papas y boniatos con pisapapas o tenedor. Añadir un poquito de aceite, sal y jengibre en polvo. Mezclar bien.
- Aceitamos una asadera (yo usé una de vidrio) y colocamos un colchón de puré, el relleno y encima el resto del puré. Por encima, levadura nutricional y al horno por unos 20 min hasta que el pastel esté firme.


- NOTA: Las lentejas se remojan de 12 a 24hs antes de cocerlas. Yo las cocino en abundante agua con unas hojitas de laurel durante unos 15 min. 😊
